Wheatberries Bakery (Gibsons)

Gibsons location of the family-run Wheatberries bakery, long known for baking everything on the premises — cookies, ginger gems, fresh-fruit pies and other classic baked goods, plus homemade soup. Currently closed: their own site says they’re “on a break from active service” and dreaming of a next iteration, so this may be a hiatus rather than a permanent goodbye.
