Traditional Mexican food truck that relocated from Vancouver to the coast for the 2026 season, now parked at Sunday Cider in Gibsons. Homemade dishes from recipes passed down through generations — the birria and chicken tinga tacos on fresh tortillas get consistent praise. Fri–Sun 1–7pm, or until they sell out; location may change season to season since it’s a truck.
