Smitty's Oyster House

Oyster bar and seafood restaurant in a converted marine repair shop right on the Gibsons Landing wharf, beside one of Canada’s few remaining working fishing wharves — you can watch trawlers unload their catch from the waterfront seating. The menu centres on fresh oysters, chowder, crab, scallops and halibut, with a handful of non-seafood options (steak, fried chicken) and a solid wine, craft beer and cocktail list. Casual, busy in summer, with harbour views throughout.
