Smoke on the Water BBQ Shack

Southern-style BBQ takeout shack near the Gibsons Landing wharf, known for pulled pork, brisket, chicken and fish sandwiches smoked on site over real hardwood, with a small heated patio and no indoor seating. As of 2026 it is closed — the website says they “will not be re-opening for the foreseeable future” and the retiring owners are looking for a buyer to take over the business. They still sell their Smokin Dragon hot sauces online.
