Permanently closed. Drift was a chef-driven west-coast bistro on Gibsons Way, started in 2017 by two chefs focused on local, farm-fresh, and organic ingredients, serving brunch, lunch, dinner, seafood, wine, and cocktails. Yelp marks the location closed (noted June 2025) and its Instagram profile indicates it is permanently closed.
