Closed. Brassica was a farm-to-table restaurant in Lower Gibsons run by chef Jack Chen and Hilary Prince (both ex-L’Abattoir in Vancouver), built around fresh local Sunshine Coast ingredients. It closed in November 2023; Chen went on to head up Breeze Restaurant on the Sechelt waterfront, and the Gower Point Road space is now Joe’s Cabin.
