A seasonal ice cream trailer parked at Davis Bay beach from roughly May through September, scooping small-batch artisan ice cream made in Gibsons by Little Spoon (founded by friends Mira Hunter and Ashley Watson). The company’s inventive flavours are stocked around the coast and it opened a Vancouver shop in 2026, but the beachside trailer is the Davis Bay fixture.
