The Cogrossi family, originally from Milan, has run it for over 30 years, blending Italian recipes with West Coast ingredients — salad greens, basil, and herbs grown on the property and Ocean Wise seafood. Dinner service runs seasonally (six days a week in high summer, closed Wednesdays), with a lagoon-side patio in warm weather; reservations recommended.
