The dining room at West Coast Wilderness Lodge in Egmont, perched above the meeting of Jervis and Sechelt Inlets — Pacific Yachting called it “the best waterfront restaurant in this part of the world,” and its patio views are among the finest on the coast. The kitchen does refined West Coast cuisine: squid ink risotto, salmon gravlax, halibut. Operates seasonally with the lodge; reservations required for non-guests.
